Welcome to Scholarship in Italy https://thepassportpages.com/! Registration and use of the Website and its Services is free. We do however expect you to abide by our rules and regulations, as detailed below.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on the website or otherwise accessing or using any part of the website, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. The established agreement shall be referred to in these Terms of Use as the User Agreement.
Children Online Privacy
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are at least 16 years of age at the time of registration. If you have not yet reached the required 16 years of age please submit a written form containing the explicit consent of your parents to [email protected] so that we may accept your registration and welcome you to our community. Failure to do so exposes your account to termination.
Termination of the User Agreement
Termination of the User Agreement by either party will result in a ban or the deletion of the account.
The User agreement is effective until terminated by either party. If a user no longer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use, he must notify the site administration of the termination. A user may at any time give notice of the termination of the User agreement and request a ban or deletion of the account. These notices and requests are only accepted by the Website administration when they:
- Are received through the Scholarship in Italy contact form
- Originate from the user whose account is subject to the notice or request
- Are on request by the Website administration confirmed by a message originating from the e-mail account or telephone number associated with the account
When your account has been deleted, The Passport Pages will use reasonable efforts to remove your Content from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.
Changes to these Terms
The Passport Pages reserves the right to change or add to these Terms of Use. Any changes will also be binding upon pre-existing User agreements subject to the user being given 30 days’ notice of the changes. Within such period The Passport Pages will give serious consideration to the objections of the user and may decide to revoke or amend the changes based on such objections. If The Passport Pages rejects an objection, the user is entitled to terminate the User agreement at the end of this notice period.
The Passport Pages account and content security
By creating an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of the account and its content and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the content. You must not describe or assign keywords to the content misleadingly or unlawfully, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others, and The Passport Pages may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause The Passport Pages liability. You must immediately notify The Passport Pages of any unauthorized uses of the content, the account, or any other breaches of security.
Responsibility of registered users
When you register an account, post on the Website, post material to the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, ‘Content’), you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. - The content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third-party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third-party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);
- the Content is not pornographic or otherwise ‘Not Suited For a Workplace environment’, does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
- Your content is not getting advertised via unwanted electronic messages such as spam links on newsgroups, email lists, other blogs and websites, and similar unsolicited promotional methods;
- Your content is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your Contents URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or a company other than your own; and
- You have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses, and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by The Passport Pages or otherwise.
By submitting Content to The Passport Pages for inclusion on our Website, you grant The Passport Pages a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content solely for the purpose of promoting The Passport Pages.
Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, The Passport Pages have the right (though not the obligation) to, in The Passport Pages’ sole discretion refuse or remove any content that, in The Passport Page’s reasonable opinion, violates any The Passport Pages policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable. Violation of the Terms
The Passport Pages reserves the right to terminate any account on the service or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity if its use of the Website has resulted in the violation of any of these terms or conditions, no matter how minor. Other than the termination of the account, violations can result in the issuing of official warnings or (temporary) bans on the account of the user. We do not want to do this, so please think before you contribute! Members of the site administration staff evaluate each particular Terms of Use violation and the outcome thereof on a case-by-case basis. Each case is different and will be treated accordingly at the Staff Member´s discretion.
Content Posted on Other Websites
We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which The Passport Pages.com links, and that link to The Passport Pages.com. The Passport Pages does not have any control over those non-Passport Pages websites and webpages and is not responsible for their contents or their use. By linking to a non-The Passport Pages website or webpage, The Passport Pages does not represent or imply that it endorses such website or webpage. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. The Passport Pages disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of non-The Passport Pages websites and webpages.
Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Passport Pages, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys´ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Jurisdiction and disputes
All legal relationships between The Passport Pages and the user are governed by the laws of Italy. Should any dispute arise concerning the User agreement that cannot be settled amicably, then it should be brought before the court with competent jurisdiction in Italy.
